Each claim carries a citation to the exact page, shown beside the answer. You are never asked to take a figure on trust.

Take it into the meeting knowing where every number came from. Strata prepares the ground; the discussion, the judgment and the vote stay exactly where they were.

It says when it doesn’t know
If the record cannot answer a question, Strata says so. An admission is more useful than a confident guess, and far less dangerous in public.
Answers stay checkable
Every citation opens the real page of the real document, so any claim can be confirmed — by you, by staff, or by a resident who asks.
Officials stay in control
Strata does not recommend a vote, rank an option, or make a decision. It gives you a clearer view of the facts you already had a right to.
